Another Milestone: Short Story Published In Anthology


10656706_10152643965775907_1543014483_n (1)This week, an anthology of short stories focusing on a horror or Halloween theme was released by my publisher, JEA. I’m happy to say that this is the first time one of my short stories has been published in book form!
Just one of many fine offerings in Autumn Burning: Dreadtime Stories for the Wicked Soul, Homecoming is a story I originally wrote in 2010, and it has the distinction of being my very first vampire story.

Set at Halloween, it centers around a female character, who laments the loss of a former lover, who ran out on her when she confided to him her secret. The story goes on to reveal some interesting complications that arise, and some hair-raising interactions!

Autumn Burning is currently at #7 in sales rank on Amazon for horror anthologies. This means it’s had enough sales to get the rank up there and it’s listed where lots of people can see it!
