News About Writing & Publishing: This Is The Current State Of Things

• Publishing: I’m sure you’ll be overjoyed to hear that I’ve published something! In a first for this year, while I’ve been busy with other projects and generally being quite ill over the last two weeks, I managed to do something constructive! On Saturday I re-released an old novella of mine from 2016, which had been out of print since the end of 2017 – “Space Vacation“! You can read more about it, and why I wanted it re-relased here.
• General News: I’ve been a bit quiet lately because as of Last Tuesday (28 May) I got taken ill with this nasty new flu doing the rounds and have been struggling with it ever since. This thing has hit me harder than when I had COVID. It is nasty and not to be played with. I’ve been to the doctor’s twice and had meds and two spells of bed rest. I went back to work last Thursday, but still didn’t feel that much better – but at least I’m still upright and not in hospital with pneumonia, unlike one of my friends whose been in hospital since Wednesday. There’s so many things I want to do and should be doing right now, but I just don’t have the energy and focus. For example, I started a new YouTube channel at the start of May to focus on my special interest field of understanding religion (specifically occult religion), and I’d like to make another video for that soon. I’m also behind in putting up an author video or two, and even one for my Tina Talks Tech series… or perhaps to write an article or two about something that interests me. Again, I’m just too flat to invest that kind of energy right now, so apologies.
• The Big News: I apologize for not having terribly much “news” to share with you lately, but unfortunately that’s just how things are right now, and will probably remain so for a while. At least until the end of June, when “it” – whatever “it” is, has progressed beyond the last round, and I’ll be able to share my big news with you!  I will leave this up for as long as appropriate.
