Hello, friends and fans!
Welcome to my 87th monthly newsletter – for news, writing & publishing updates & reviews! Pull up a chair, let’s chat! Let’s take a look at this month’s “stuff”!
First,
Some General News
In spite of not actually writing anything fiction-related this year so far, it’s been a really hectic, busy few months thus far already.
As you may recall, I have mentioned that the reason for this is because of something wonderful that happened early in January, which meant I would likely be otherwise occupied for the rest of the year, or even the next couple of years. I’ve already had to take some people into my confidence in the process of preparing for… whoops – I almost told you! It’s still far too soon! As soon as it’s appropriate, I will be sure to let you know – in the meantime, I beg your indulgence, and your patience! I will let you in on my little secret – just not yet.
In the meantime, my website traffic appears to be on the increase, and sales of my books are at least better for the first time since November last year, so I think that’s reason enough to put a smile on my face!
During March I was also saddened to learn that Darla Middlebrook had decided to retire from narrating audiobooks. Not only did I enjoy Darla’s narration, but also her staunch support for the books she narrated as well as a resonant appreciation for the messages I tried to convey in my writing. She also has a wicked sense of humor and did her level best to convey that as well. It’s really a shame some people felt a need to be nasty in delivering criticism of her narration style, but for my part, I genuinely appreciate the unwavering support and interest she showed me since 2021, and will definitely miss her.

Latest Releases!
Below is a selection of what I feel were my most significant releases during 2023. (This excludes the guides and “about” material also published during the year.)
“Underground Movement“, “Xanadu“, “The Last Hurrah” nicely rounded off the present story arc in the Quantum Series, followed by a 1-act play called “The Traitor Loyal” which had been lying fallow on my projects shelf since about 1991! “Terror In The Outblack” was the fourth novel in Panic! Horror In Space. “Freedom Inc” was my latest, and last book for 2023, the first title in my new Threaders series, released on November 25, 2023.
Audiobooks:

What The Readers Say:
I know I can’t please everybody (so I’m not trying to!). That said, it really pleases me when I see that I’ve managed to do it anyway! Drop me a line and let me know how you think I’m doing – or leave me a review on Amazon or Audible!
- This person claims the narrator is “the worst he’s ever hear” – and yet “Static” still got a 4 star review from him, so win-win for my part! Thanks, dude!
