Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to me. Therefore,

  • I won’t ask you for any personal information unless I truly need it in order to keep track of your purchases or downloads in order to provide support to you if you have any issues later,
  • I won’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, to develop my products, or protect my rights, and
  • I won’t store personal information on my server unless required for the on-going operation of my site.

It is my policy to respect your privacy regarding any information which may be collected while visiting my websites.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to my website choose to interact with me in ways that require the system to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information gathered depends on the nature of the interaction.

  •  For example, visitors who comment on our blog may need to provide a username and email address in order to log in to WordPress to do so.
  • Visitors who purchase an item from the website will need to leave their name and email address in order for me to keep track of a purchase if the customer returns sometime later. My website does not retain any information about the PayPal account used to conclude purchases on the website, other than the email address of the customer.
  • Visitors who subscribe to my newsletter (powered by Icegram) also do so by providing their name and email address.
  • I DO NOT add the email addresses of visitors who do not subscribe to the newsletter to my mailing list. Subscribers need to do this themselves via the subscribe widget at the bottom of the sidebar on the website.

I will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, I will only disclose any potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or if I believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect my property or rights of third parties or the public at large.

I and all my service providers have taken all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information, as discussed.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, this Privacy Policy may change from time to time, and in my sole discretion. I encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of any such change.
